Dr. McIntyre has been a faculty member at Caldwell College since 1995. He is a Professor in the Education Department, and the Coordinator of the M.A. degree program in Educational Administration and Supervision, including the Off-Campus Leadership Development (OCLD) program. Prior to coming to Caldwell, Dr. McIntyre enjoyed a 30 year career as a teacher and administrator in New Jersey public schools. He served as a director of primary schools, elementary curriculum coordinator, assistant superintendent, and superintendent of schools. He was also assistant professor of education at St. Peter's College.
